Illegal Alien Given "GET OF JAIL FREE" ?

U.S. Border Agents in unfair fight? George Bush's administration stacking the deck in favor of "open borders" and free flow of criminals from Mexico into the U.S., er, North American trading zone??? As if you needed any MORE evidence:


In order to secure a conviction of Border Patrol agent David Sipe for "excessive use of force," which has now been reversed, the government (YOUR government?) gave the illegal alien involved everything but a trip to Disney Land:

"A federal appeals court in Texas ordered the new trial, saying prosecutors gave the illegal alien and two others additional inducements not disclosed at the time for their testimony, including Social Security cards, witness fees, permits allowing travel to and from Mexico, living expenses and free use of government phones. "The government stated in writing the aliens were allowed to remain and work in the United States pending trial and specified that 'no other promises or advantages' had been given," the court said. "That was not true."

When arrested ANOTHER time for crossing the border illegally, he merely had to flash his "get out of jail free" card to border agents! Now he's actually carrying other illegals across the border, courtesy of Uncle Sam!

Mind you, Uncle Sam also gave the crum bag $80,000 for the cut (took 5 stitches) on his head received when he was fighting with the Border Agent! Way to go Uncle Sam! WWF on the frontier!

Refer to our "Dumb Ox Contract With America" for the solution... The answer is NOT only in aggressive policing (cf. the "war on drugs") but in creating a system of DIS-incentives for illegal immigration, versus the current regime of WEALTH TRANSFER from U.S. citizens to CRIMINALS! These DISINCENTIVES are nothing more than emforcing simple JUSTICE and respect for the rule of law:

#1 Secure the borders. Build a wall or whatever it takes.

#2 No social services beyond emergency services for illegals.

#3 No citizenship based on birth in the territory (no anchor babies).

#4 Deport criminal illegal aliens. We shouldn't have to pay to incarcerate criminal illegal aliens.

#5 No second language stuff, not in documents, not in education, not in any governmental function. Period.

#6 Prosecute employers--ESPECIALLY after a guest-worker program that does not confer amnesty is enacted.

ETHICS REFORM ? Lobbyists get the same access….They just have to pay congress more for it.
