Oh, so this approach apparently is payback for "You didn't do what I wanted!"
Bush, as if he hasn't already led an overly-politically correct war, with soldiers being needlessly killed, maimed, and maligned, created a huge new entitlement, gave more money to education and to AIDS than Dummocraps ever dreamed of doing, now seems to be ready to cave totally to the Pelousies in Congress. Rumsfeld being switched out for Gates, who seems like a classic technocrat, will only be blood in the water to them.
